Management Team of LightWerks

David has been the owner and CEO of LightWerks since 1996 and has been in the communication industry since 1992. Prior to that, he earned his MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA in 1993. He is a member of AVIXA (AVIXA.org), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC.org), and the National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA.org).

Sean joined LightWerks in 2021. He has over 40 years of experience in systems engineering, integration and project management at Fortune 500 companies, among them Honeywell, Beckman Instruments, Hewlett-Packard, and Ralph M. Parsons.  Sean is an Electrical Engineer with extensive training in Business Management.  He was the head of Barco’s Operations in the Western U.S. in the late 1990s.  Prior to LightWerks, Sean served as Vice President of Project Management at Landmark Entertainment Group where he oversaw design-construction projects for Entertainment Destinations.

Sylvia Brown is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 25 years of private company experience in the manufacturing and software industries.  She has over 18 years of experience in the controller role, providing financial analytics and metrics to support informed decision making and cost controls.  She has a track record of partnering effectively across IT, Operations and Sales and Marketing to provide financial analytics and metrics.  Sylvia enjoys hiking and traveling.
