Aristotle upgrades their conference rooms with advanced collaboration technology
Aristotle Capital Management, an investment management organization that specializes in equity and fixed income portfolio management, asked LightWerks upgrade their conference spaces in Los Angeles and Newport Beach to easy-to-use, state of the art spaces that drives collaboration, enhances communication, and maximizes productivity.
LightWerks installed a Logitech Rally Bar Teams Room solution in all spaces. This solution includes:

All-in-one microphones, speaker, and camera Logitech Rally Bar mounted below the displays at relative eye level,

Logitech Tap touch panel controller mounted at the table,

Logitech Sight on the table.
LightWerks installed a dual LG 75-inch display in most rooms, on Chief mounts. One display shows content and another shows the remote participants of the meeting. In other rooms LightWerks installed a single 75-inch display, and Logitech Rally bar system on a movable Heckler cart.
Several of the rooms got a wireless, battery powered room Logitech Tap schedulers with a magnetic dock. The magnetic dock was installed near the entrance of the rooms on a flat surface with no wiring or power outlets required.
LightWerks included their PlatinumCare Managed Services to most rooms. A QR code allows for the room user to reach LightWerks 24/7 365 days a year to assist with the room. The room user will scan the QR code with their phone and be instantly connected via audio or video (whichever is chosen) to an audiovisual engineer. This engineer will know the room intimately and be able to guide the room user to a successful meeting.
Lightwerks also included their Managed Services PlatinumCare+ for 2 larger rooms. This service provides additional support like:

Remote engagement on confirmed failures within 1 business hour;

Remote incident resolution by expert support personnel;

Meaningful reporting on a regular basis;

System installation, turn-up, and hosting/maintenance;

If remote resolution is unsuccessful, a technician will be on-site within 2 business days of the remote resolution effort.
