Advanced System End-User Training (Conference Room/Boardroom/Classroom/Lecture Halls)

This training is for rooms that involve a GUI (graphic user interface) and/or multiple sources and destinationsMost often, these spaces are Teams Rooms/Zoom Rooms. Advanced system trainings are considered “advanced” because they usually include a Crestron or Extron control system that connects several manufacturers’ solutions to the system. These solutions also require individual training. (For example, an advanced system might include a Crestron touch panel controlling a projector, multiple displays, an interactive panel, a document camera, and a conferencing system.) During this course, the LightWerks Trainer will lead a single end-user, or group of end-users through a live, engaging professional development session covering the operational use, as well as best practices pertaining to the use of the advanced conference room technology. LightWerks takes pride in ensuring that everyone involved in the course has a sense of mastery over their new AV solution before we conclude the training!

Multi Room Training

A multi-room training consists of an instructor guiding end users through the use of AV solutions that have been integrated in multiple spaces of an organization.  This may include rooms consisting of complex systems, all-in-one-systems, digital signage, and interactive flat panels. During these trainings, your instructor will guide you through your GUI(s), or graphic user interface(s), and instruct you on the operational use, as well as best practices pertaining to the individual components of your AV systems.  Your trainer will provide you with a schedule and training curriculum pertaining to this multi-room training.
