In this All-in-One Conferencing System Training, the LightWerks instructor will lead a single end-user, or group of end-users through a live, engaging professional development session covering the operational use, as well as best practices pertaining to the use of the conference room technology. We offer trainings for Logitech, Neat, Poly, Teams and/or Zoom Rooms. Learn how to effectively instruct a course and engage with your students using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.  Familiarize yourself with Teams/Zoom tools to engage in content sharing, real-time co-annotation, and digital whiteboarding. Record classes and lessons to allow students to learn at their own pace, and even use closed captioning. Our credentialed teachers will guide you through a live, customized, interactive  Teams/Zoom training.

Relevant documentation pertaining to the technology being integrated (GUI screenshots, manufacturer documentation, etc.) will be provided to the customer by the PM/salesperson either electronically or through physical documentation.
