Multi Room Training

A multi-room training consists of an instructor guiding end users through the use of AV solutions that have been integrated in multiple spaces of an organization.  This may include rooms consisting of advanced systems, all-in-one-systems, digital signage, and interactive flat panels. Brands that are used may include, Logitech, Neat, Poly, Crestron, Extron and QSC.

Multi Room Training

During these trainings, your instructor will guide you through your GUI(s), or graphic user interface(s), and instruct you on the operational use, as well as best practices pertaining to the individual components of your AV systems.  Your trainer will provide you with a schedule and training curriculum pertaining to this multi-room training.

Duration: 1.5 hours per room

Relevant documentation pertaining to the technology being integrated (GUI screenshots, manufacturer documentation, etc.) will be provided to the customer by the PM/salesperson either electronically or through physical documentation.
