LightWerks Integrates state-of-the-art AV System at Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center
LightWerks has transformed the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center (ELARC)with a state-of-the-art audiovisual system that elevates the facility’s capabilities and supports its mission. Headquartered in Alhambra, a community in Los Angeles County, ELARC is a private, non-profit organization under contract with the California Department of Developmental Services. As one of 21 Regional Centers across California, ELARC coordinates community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
After more than a year of collaborative planning with LightWerks, ELARC’s new multipurpose space is now equipped to host up to 100 guests, making it ideal for a wide range of events. The AV system features a Crestron NVX platform for seamless video distribution, delivering high-quality visuals to enhance every presentation. For clear, consistent audio coverage, LightWerks installed Shure MXA 920 ceiling microphones, complemented by handheld, lavalier, and gooseneck microphones to provide presenters with flexibility and excellent sound quality.
Q-SYS ceiling-mounted camerascapture both presenters and audience members, fostering engagement by bringing interactions to life on screen. The space is equipped with impressive 98-inch Sony Bravia displays and 75-inch LG displays, providing vibrant and sharp visuals, while Logitech Rally Bars facilitate smooth, reliable video conferencing. Completing the audio experience, Q-SYS ceiling speakers deliver even sound distribution throughout the room.
All of these elements are seamlessly controlled via a Crestron 10” touch panel at the front of the room, allowing for intuitive and efficient AV management.
This integrated AV setup positions ELARC as a modern facility ready to support high-quality events and meetings. LightWerks is proud to have supported ELARC’s vision, enhancing communication and collaboration within the community it serves.
