Microsoft Teams integrated at Federal Credit Union
LightWerks partnered with the team at Pacific Northwest Federal Credit Union to deploy state-of-the-art audio-visual solutions throughout their Portland, Oregon campus. The new technology allows users to seamlessly collaborate using Microsoft Teams across their enterprise.
LightWerks installed two QSC PTZ 12×72 cameras in the financial institution’s Boardroom. The cameras are mounted on the East and West walls to ensure that all participants are seen during meetings. The cameras and inputs are routed to a Araknis network POE switch and then out to a QSC audio processor that assists with echo cancellation. SHURE MXA-910W ceiling microphones were integrated to capture all attendees and route them to the far end for video. Audio supported by six QSC white ceiling recessed speakers.
The Boardroom has 3 displays to support all viewing angles in the space. LightWerks installed two SONY 85” 4K commercial grade displays on the East and West walls, and one SONY 75” 4K commercial grade display on the South wall. The entire system is operated using a QSC 11” tabletop touch panel that controls input selection, volume control, and monitor power off/on. The equipment for the Boardroom is located in a 30 space rack located in the IT/Telecom closet.
The system offers the team at PNWFCU flexibility, providing end-users with multiple ways to connect to the displays when launching a Teams call or conducting a presentation. Users can connect to the system via a dedicated PC, tabletop HDMI (guest laptop+USB) connection, USB-C (Surface), or wireless input.
LightWerks is committed to providing customers with audio visual solutions that add value to how they connect and collaborate. The systems installed at this client are reliable, easy to use, and greatly enhance the audio and video quality in these spaces.
