The LightWerks team welcomes new additions!

Account Executive, Cameron Carr, joined the LightWerks Team in 2024. A California native, Cameron attended university in Santa Barbara, where he pursued studies in psychology. Account Manager, Carter Henderson joined the LightWerks team in 2024. He has years of experience selling technology solutions, previously working at Bay Area startups to Fortune 100 companies like Oracle and AT&T. Carter has partnered with businesses to improve their technology stacks; acting as a trusted advisor to deliver better outcomes for their customers. Emilio Junior Miramontes joined LightWerks in 2023 as a Senior Field Engineer, after spending 15+ years in other leading AV industry positions. Junior has led multi-million-dollar projects for companies such as Netflix and NBC Universal. Junior brings with him a plethora of experience to help guide LightWerks into further growth in the L.A. Mike Lombardi rejoined the LightWerks team as a Senior Account Executive for the San Francisco area. He has experience in both Residential AV System Design and Sales and Commercial AV. At LightWerks he has successfully partnered with clients like Foster Farms, KLA-Tencor, Tanium, and Wish.com, and he holds a variety of industry certifications (e.g. Extron EAVA, Crestron DMC-D-4K, etc.). Robb Eisenberg has worked in the AV industry since the late 90’s. He started his career doing live production for Bill Graham Presents in San Francisco. He moved into the corporate side of live AV working in hotels and event spaces all throughout the Bay Area, from San Jose to the Wine Country. Moving into the integrated AV side of the industry in 2012, he worked as a regional lead technician and later transferred into sales engineering and service. He has the AVIXA CTS and a handful of other industry certifications. Robb has played key roles in many projects for major corporations such as Apple, Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, eBay, Deloitte, Nike, Four Seasons.
