Public California Universities Purchasing Agreement

LightWerks and the Public California Universities have signed a 5-year purchasing agreement:

UC: #2019.001434, in effect from 8/28/2019 – 8/27/24.

CSU: C-CSUCO-00001565 in effect from 8/28/2021 – 8/27/24.

  • LightWerks can design, install, program, train on, and maintain custom (or STANDARD) audio visual and security systems to meet the needs of your institution or department. We specialize in classroom and auditorium AV systems, digital signage, cloud-based conferencing, simple control systems, interactive technology, and represent name-brand audio visual and security product manufacturers.

  • This contract satisfies competitive bidding requirements for all Public Universities of  California locations (includes UC Heath Centers and Hospitals).

  • This purchasing agreement also extends the same product and services pricing to Community College campuses who wish to “piggy-back” on the contract.
